Annual Awards Dinner rundown!
P&P won most improved society
Chris betts won volunteer of the year
Liam Thompson won most outstanding media and marketing volunteer

Problems as union website limited
Mouse to make example page to see if it would be worth making our own website

Art exhibition
venue sorted, boards sorted, leaflets and posters ready.
Can we have someone there all day with donation box? Donate to amnesty international.
Any volunteers? Let us know next week.
Nursery Garden volunteer dig - Thursday 25th May
Let Chris Chipchase know in the ASC if you would like to help on this community project. Even if can only spare an hour.

unfortunately someone in the ASC read email wrong- we don’t have fair-trade status as of yet, still in process.

£60 not including travel
Use money raised from ticket selling (£300) for trip? MOTION PASSED
Send 3 people, the committee and a member in secretary’s absence? MOTION PASSED
ETHICS DAY
Naomi- fair trade clothing stall- with the CU. Arcadia not part if ETI (ethical trading initiative) so petition for that on day. Research needs to be done on ETI.
Biodegradable shoes- Liam to investigate
Stalls for day- Traidcraft, equal opps, LGBT, CU, possibly shopping society to help?
Vodka frenzy- Rachael Shakespeare working on promotion for night, e.g drinks promotion.
Stall in Terrace Bar? Need to find out if we are able to do this.
Freshers week stall
Gimmicks- computer games? Ethical and unethical
More ideas for next week so we can take a vote.
